About Us

CIT Systems Ltd was incorporated in the British Virgin Islands in 2007 as Corps IT Systems Ltd. Offshore Pro (OSP) was originally developed in the BVI, specifically for Trust and Registered Agent companies. Corps IT Systems Ltd was rebranded in 2015 to CIT Systems Ltd, introducing the identity and logo still in use today.

In 2020, CIT Systems extended its portfolio to include dedicated insurance modules, and also adapted the compliance module to cover further government requirements such as PEP lists with Enhanced Due Diligence and automated UK OFAC and US SDN/Non-SDN sanctions screening.

The vessel sections of OSP were added more recently to help the insurance industry regulate vessel policies and the owners and companies linked to them. This also makes the OSP Marine module well suited to charter companies, who can now better manage their own compliance requirements for owners and linked companies, alongside all related licensing and other documentation relating to boat sales and vessel ownership.
