VIRRGIN Import & Status Synchronisation
OSP connects directly to VIRRGIN — the BVI government registry — through three paid report imports, loading all Entities, Directors and Shareholders automatically through the OSP Import Screen. Directors and Shareholders are linked to their entity via Registration Number, with Issue Dates and Resignation Dates assigned as held in VIRRGIN. The VIRRGIN status of any entity can be automatically updated within OSP, with a full change report generated since the last run — keeping your records in sync without any manual re-keying.
Automated Sanctions Checks
Sanctions screening runs automatically within OSP — a single click downloads and archives the latest UK OFAC list and the US SDN and Non-SDN lists, with results auto-stored and date-stamped for audit purposes. In the full version, UK and US sanctions checks run without any manual intervention, ensuring your entire client base is screened continuously and the results are always available for regulatory inspection without additional staff effort.
Automated Document Creation
OSP automatically generates a full suite of personalised incorporation documents for each new entity — including a covering letter, Consent to Act as Director, Appointment of First Directors, First Written Resolution of Directors, and a Seal Document. Every document is bespoke to the client and created instantly without manual drafting, eliminating a significant administrative burden for Registered Agents processing new incorporations.
Cross-Office Synchronisation
OSP can synchronise databases across multiple offices and jurisdictions — either a full sync or a targeted subset specific to a satellite office's needs. Where the main office can share a secure drive with a satellite location, documents can be shared in real time. Database synchronisation runs overnight, timed to local time zones, meaning every office starts the day with a current, consistent picture of all entities, documents and compliance status regardless of where they are in the world.

Full Integration with Existing Systems
OSP integrates directly with your existing data sources so there is no need to re-enter information already held elsewhere. Supported integrations include SQL Server for third-party vendor systems, Microsoft Access for internal databases, Excel spreadsheets for user-populated entity and client links, and simple text file exports such as those produced by VIRRGIN. This means OSP can sit alongside your current systems and pull data automatically rather than replacing your existing workflows overnight.
