The core OSP application runs on your internal network and provides a complete Registered Agent solution. Entities, linked Directors and Shareholders are imported directly from VIRRGIN, and the system automatically creates a new incorporation pack bespoke to each client. The compliance module includes a built-in Risk Matrix Questionnaire, full integration with a third-party KYC Risk Screening product, and comprehensive reporting covering passport expiry, PEP review dates and government fee penalties.

OSP Compliance focuses on integration with existing systems — automatically pulling client data from SQL queries or exports from any database into the OSP database, so all departments see the same data. The drag-and-drop Document Management System reduces duplication across departments, with documents captured from each department for review by the Compliance Department and AML Officers. PEP list reporting, last review dates and documents about to expire are central to Standard and Enhanced Due Diligence processes.

OSP Marine allows vessels to be linked to Charter Companies, Owners and any LLC type company listed as the owner — with each company then linked to its individual Directors, Shareholders and Ultimate Beneficial Owners. Charter Companies can list their entire fleet and ultimate owners in one place. The Document Management System flags when any document or licence is about to expire and shows exactly which vessel, charter company or individual that document is linked to — critical for maritime regulatory compliance.

Any firm using an existing registry or compliance system can use CIT Systems VIRRGIN and Document Migration Services to load data and documents up to ten times faster than conventional methods. The process migrates data from VIRRGIN, separates it into client groups and exports it into the target supplier's format. Migrations have been completed successfully for three very different supplier import requirements, and several database sources have been integrated into OSP for insurance clients — covering SQL Server, Access, Excel and text file exports.
