OSP loads all your VIRRGIN Entities, Directors and Shareholders in 7 to 28 days — not the 6 months typically quoted by other suppliers. Each entity is linked via Registration Number with Issue Dates and Resignation Dates assigned automatically from VIRRGIN. You receive a complete list of all entities and their live status, a validation report flagging any missing Directors or Shareholders, and a full breakdown of Government Fees paid, unpaid and about to enter penalty. This is included free in the first month.

The health check imports directly from your VIRRGIN Entities and Register of Directors and runs a full compliance audit against your live data. It surfaces government fees not paid and approaching the 10% penalty band, fees approaching the 50% penalty band, entities at risk of being struck off, unregistered Directors and Shareholders approaching penalty, and an Economic Substance report for each year from 2020 to the current year. The health check is designed to be compelling enough to demonstrate the full value of OSP on its own — using your real data, not a demonstration dataset.

Rather than a standard walkthrough using sample data, CIT Systems combines the demo directly with the Free Compliance Health Check — running OSP against your own live VIRRGIN data so you see exactly what the system finds and how it presents your real compliance position.
